All of my recipes are free of dairy, eggs and meat products. However, I do not have any control over how you make my recipes or the environment in which they are created. Sometimes I may reference a specific brand as an ingredient in one of my dishes, but it is possible these may change over time, resulting in a non-vegan product. It is your responsibility to read labels and ensure all vegan or allergen needs are being met. I am not responsible or liable for any reactions that may occur from creating one of my recipes.


I am also not responsible for the outcome of any recipe not meeting expectations, as many factors can alter a recipe such as freshness of produce, expiration dates, measuring procedures, humidity, altitude, and individual cooking skills. 


I am not a healthcare professional and do not claim any medical training – the information and recipes I share are my own personal experience, and the best diet for myself personally, though it may not be the right version of a vegan or non-vegan diet for you.
